Our Store's Returns Policy

👉 Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase in NEW and UNUSED condition.

👉 Gift Cards, Earrings, DSC Memberships, Special Orders and Sale Items are NON-RETURNABLE.

👉 Refunds over $25 will be processed ONLY to a debit or credit card. Not via cash.

👉 Refunded amount must go back on the ORIGINAL credit or debit card that was used for initial purchase.

Bird Bucks Usage

👉 Expiration is 6 months from the date of issuance.

👉 A Bird Buck cannot be REINSTATED during the return process of an item in which it was originally applied to.
