*Join in on the 2026 Owlet Naming Contest for a Chance to Win Prizes*
It’s time to name the next generation of owlets from the Wild Birds Unlimited Barred Owl Cam! Our two owlets are growing fast, and we’re inviting viewers to help choose their names.
In collaboration with Wild Birds Unlimited, we’ve narrowed it down to four pairs of names for this downy duo. Now it’s your turn to pick the pair that fits them best.
Submit your vote using the form on this page by midnight (nest time) on Tuesday, May 5. We’ll reveal the winning names on Wednesday, May 6—so stay tuned! And don’t forget to share the voting with friends and family so they can join in the fun.
Everyone who votes will also be entered into a prize drawing. Two winners will be selected at random: one will receive a free course coupon for the Wonderful World of Owls course from the Cornell Lab’s Bird Academy, and another will receive a $100 Wild Birds Unlimited gift certificate.
